Places & partnerships
The Cyrcys Company is developing selected place-based relationships, including an early destination and stewardship vision around Pogradec, Lake Ohrid, and Korçë County.
A long-term vision for southeastern Albania
TCC has held early, non-binding discussions with Bashkia Pogradec about a long-term vision for responsible tourism, recreation, hospitality, local enterprise, and community stewardship. The concept remains in site and feasibility diligence and would advance only through Albanian law, public process, local participation, and the right development and operating partners.

Local enterprise, public access, skills, employment, heritage, and long-term value should be designed into the opportunity from the beginning.
A proposed citizen-centered, nonprofit HOA-inspired framework for future local review—not a formed trust, public authority, or claim of land control.
Cyrcys could support an invitation-based digital experience connecting people with local activities, places, professionals, stories, and programs without replacing local institutions.
Partnership model
TCC intends to hold the long-term vision while experienced partners bring development, hospitality, capital, civic, environmental, cultural, and operating expertise.
Master developers, hotel groups, activity and leisure operators, architects, and place-making teams.
Patient, project-specific capital aligned with diligence, local law, responsible growth, and clear governance.
Municipal, regional, cultural, educational, conservation, and community voices with a legitimate role in the place's future.
Albanian businesses, professionals, advisors, and creators who can make the work locally grounded and economically useful.
Current stage
TCC is sharing a direction for serious conversation, not representing a completed project. Land rights, permits, public approvals, financing, operators, project vehicles, and the proposed Zana framework remain subject to separate diligence, lawful process, agreement, and professional review.
A long-developed vision, early municipal dialogue, a substantial Cyrcys technology foundation, and a growing network of potential partners.
Site and feasibility work, local participation, specialist advice, partner alignment, project structure, and only then any stronger commitment.
